New NCSA Team
Kathmandu: A new team led by Mr. Hari Dharel has been elected from the 5th General assembly of Nepal Climbing Sports Association (NCSA) held Wednesday.
Elected Vice presidents include Sunar Gurung, Sampana Yakthumgba and Prem Narayan Adhikari.
Similarly, Meghraj Paudel, Thakur Neupane and Dorindra Raj Dahal have been elected as General Secretary, Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
Likewise, members include Dipesh KC, Lakpa Sherpa, Santosh Maden, Keshab Sivakota, Charu Shrestha, Anju Rawat, Sujit Kandel, Hare Ram Khadka and Tulsi Gurung.
President of Nepal Olympic Committee and member of Federal Parliament Mr. Jiwan Ram Shrestha presided over the function as Chief guest.
Mr. Surya Thapa, Central member of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Mr. Bikram Pande, the ambassador of commerce for Greece, Mr. Angchharing Sherpa as ambassador of commerce for Belgium and Mr. Govind Bhattarai, President of Federation of Mountaineering Sports addressed the function.
The speakers on the occasion insisted that tourism should be sustained as daring sports in Nepal.
NCSA was established nine years ago with the main aim to foster daring tourism as sports in the country.
