‘Sel-Roti’ Recipe
Most of the Nepali homestays serve you “Sel -Roti” as breakfast and
snack.

It’s a traditional and popular dish among hill people. Here we are giving you a recipe of how to cook “sel roti”.
Put rice into clean water in a bowl.

Beat the soaked rice in the local grinding machine (dhinki).
Then mix the rice flour with water, ghee, sugar, and honey
Egg also can be mixed
Boil the oil
Then pour sel roti into the oil
