Everest Hotel to Reopen

Kathmandu: Five-star hotel Everest International Limited is all set to re-open after a long interval of closure due to internal management conflict among the board of directors, in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in 2015.

A 15-day notice to the hotel staff has been circulated to return to the work, after which a new recruitment process will be started said the Everest hotel human resource management department chief Narayan Prasad Paudel Wednesday.

Indian citizen Mashkoor Ahmad Lari has been running the hotel since 1980 after duly registering the hotel at the department of the industry in Nepal. The hotel which sprawls across 32 ropany of land has 160 rooms and 237 hotel staff.
