Chinese President Xi’s dinner menu in Kathmandu

Kathmandu: Nepal’s President Bidhya Devi Bhandari hosted a warm dinner party in honor of visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping on Saturday evening in Kathmandu.

The official dinner on behalf of the Nepal government was hosted at an international five star Hotel Soaltee which was attended by all highly distinguished Chinese and Nepalese official delegates including Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Oli.

At the dinner party, some Nepalese food was served to Chinese President Xi. Initially, President Xi was served Bara, MO. MO, lukla beans and some veggies. Then fresh Himalayan asparagus, assorted lentils soup with traditional Nepalese roasted spices was served. Then European and Chinese cuisine were served.

The dinner was finally over after drinking Nepal‘s Ilam tea and Gulmi coffee.
