Austrian tourist dies in Ruby Valley

Kathmandu: An Austrian tourist died in Ruby Valley rural municipality- 1, Somdang, situated north of Dhading said an RSS report Sunday.
According to Rupak Khadka, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, a 70-year-old Austrian citizen, William Wihinder was found dead while sleeping in a tent on Sunday. Police speculate that the tourist died due to excessive coldness at inside the tent.
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rajkumar Baidwar, has rushed to the incident site in a helicopter from the headquarters.
The incident site is located 10 hours of walk away from Sertung police station in Ruby valley, near the border of Rasuwa district.
