Foreign Minister of Finland invited to attend ‘Sagarmatha dialogue 2020’

Kathmandu: Nepal’s Minister for Education, Science, and Technology Giri Raj Mani Pokharel, who is on a visit to Finland has invited Finland’s foreign Minister Pekka Olavi Haavisto to visit Nepal on behalf of foreign minister Pradeep Gyawali Tuesday, RSS reported.

Minister Pokharel offered the official invitation to minister Haavisto to visit Nepal on the occasion of Mt Everest Dialogue 2020 (Sagarmatha Dialogue 2020).

The minister Pokharel and Finland minister Haaisto during their meeting had mutually agreed to work together for the mutual benefits of both the countries, especially in the field of education.

Minister Pokharel had gone to visit Finland after attending the 40th meeting of UNESCO in France. Those who attended the UNESCO meeting among others included government official Dhruv Raj Regmi and Tamang Society chairman Tashi Tamang.
