Himalayan Airlines begins its flights to Changsa
Kathmandu: Nepal’s Himalayan Airlines has started its flights to Changsha, the capital of Central China’s Hunan province from Wednesday.
This was stated in a press release. Hunan is the second destination of Himalayan airlines. Earlier, the Himalayan Airlines had landed at Beijing Daxing International Airport for the first time on October 27, 2019, and initiated its flights to China.
Changsha is considered to be one of the top tourist destinations in China. The new flight to Changsha of Hunan province will bolster Nepal’s campaign for Visit Nepal Year 2020 –VNY 2020- in bringing more potential tourists from Changsha to Nepal.
The airline is slated to make one flight to Changsha once a week on Wednesday and return to Kathmandu on the same day.
The company claims that it would further find new destinations in China and make its presence everywhere in China, which will not only boost up Nepal’s tourism sector and its economic sector but also will enhance the existing bilateral relations between the two countries.
