Nepal’s 13th SAG Gold tally reaches 78 & continues to follow India

Kathmandu: Nepal’s medal tally at 13th South Asian Games has reached 78 on Thursday. In the latest event of Taolu in Wushu, Nima Gharti Magar of Nepal grabbed gold medal and left behind the rivals-Bangladeshi and Srilankan.

This is her consecutive second-time win of gold at SAG. She had grabbed gold in the last 12th SAG too. Likewise, Mina Ghalan and Bishwo Buda Magar also won two silver medals for Nepal.

Nepal’s Laxmi Magar grabbed gold in Women’s Bike Cross-Country –CXO-championship on Thursday.Usha Khanal won one silver medal in the same championship. With these three gold in cycling Nepal’s medal tally is on the rise, though India is leading the total medal tally at the moment.
