Nepal following India in 13th SAG medal tally
Kathmandu: Nepal continues to follow India in medal tally in 13th South Asian Games being held in Kathmandu.
By Saturday evening, Nepal collected a total of 138 medals including 43 gold, 33 silver, and 62 bronze while the Indian team continued to dominate the SAG medal tally by securing a total of 210 medals including 106 gold, 69 silver, and 35 bronze.
Srilanka, on the other hand, continues to hold the third rank in SAG medal tally by grabbing a total of 167 medals with 30 gold, 54 silver and 83 bronze medals in all.
Similarly, Pakistan collected a total of 83 medals with 21 gold, 28 silver, 34 bronze medals to remain in the 4rth position in the medal tally.
Likewise, Bangladesh standing in the 5th position has a total of 83 medals with 7 gold, 22 silver, and 54 bronze medals. Maldives has a total of 3 medals including one gold and 2 bronze to remain at 6th position in SAG.
Bhutan remains at the bottom of the SAG by gaining only 6 bronze medals.
