Nepal enlisted as one of the top ten destinations for 2020
Forbes- an American business magazine in its latest report published on December 11, 2019, has enlisted Nepal as one of the top ten countries from among six continents and recommended for “Travel Goals” for the upcoming year 2020.
The travel article “Travel Goals” contributed to Forbes by Katherine Parker-Magyar reported that travelers should choose one of the ten countries for their New Year travel goals.
The Forbes reporter Katherine describing Nepal writes, “We’re starting our list in the homeland of perhaps the most world-renowned adventure destination on the planet: Mount Everest, of course. But you needn’t be an intrepid climber, or even a hesitant trekker, to appreciate Nepal.”
Katherine mentions Nepal’ luxury resorts such as Dwarika’s hotel and safari camps like Bardia and Chitwan national parks.
“For a country roughly the size of New York State, Nepal is home to a remarkable diversity of landscape. Travelers should begin their trip in southern Nepal, with high-end jungle safaris via Tiger Tops,” Katherine writes.
The other nine destinations selected and listed include Ecuador, New Zealand, Peru, Brazil, Alaska, Morocco, China, Finland, and Kenya. Meanwhile, the Nepal government is preparing to launch its “Visit Nepal Year 2020” campaign in the year 2020 when it is expected to bring at least two million tourists in the country.
Similarly, Trekking agencies, tour operators, homestays and hotel-related agencies have already decided to provide special facilities such special discounts in all types of services given to the tourists during the Visit Nepal Year 2020.
