Karnali to welcome tourists from Bulbule

Karnali provincial government is planning to embark upon the campaign of Visit Nepal 2020” from Bulebule of Surkhet district starting on January 1, 2020. Karnali government’s efforts are being executed in tandem with the Federal government’s efforts to host Visit Nepal 2020 in the upcoming New Year 2020.

Karnali is profusely prosperous in tourism destinations and Bulebule is the center of Surkhet district. So, all preparations are being made to welcome tourists in Karnali from Bulbule.

Boating in Rara lake

Karnali has officially observed the Nepali year 2076 as the year of “Rara-Karnali Tourism Year” that focused attention on Rara.

Karnali Minister for industry, tourism, forest, and environment Mr. Nanda Singh Budha says that his provincial government is ready to invite more tourists during Nepal Visit 2020 with the slogan, “it’s time for Karnali’.

Rara Lake

Mugu district has a big Rara lake. Straut fish found in this lake cannot be found anywhere else. On a clear day, the rainbow colors inside the lake water attract all visitors.

You can reach Rara Lake by taking a flight from Nepalgunj or Surkhet to Talcha airport of Mugu to hike for only two hours to reach the most coveted destination of Rara Lake.

Bulebule lake-Surkhet

Captivating panoramic glimpses of other Himalayan ranges can be seen from this place. Late King Mahendra in 2020 had described this lake as “Angel of the heaven”. Horse riding and boating can be enjoyed at Rara Lake besides catching the scenic beauty of nature into the camera.

World-famous destinations like Mansarobar which is elevated at around 2900 meters above sea level can also be reached through this region. Dolpo has the deepest lake called ‘Phoksundo’ too and Tripura Sundari is also located here. Upper and lower Dolpo are good for trekking.

Sinja of Jumla is the origin place for the Nepali language that can be visited as a historical site. Kanirova and Patasi peaks are also located in Jumla.  Shirsthan, Nabhisthan, Dhuleswar, Paduka, Kotila, and Panchkoshi are the choices of tourists here. Indians come to this pilgrimage site.

Dunai-Dolpa

The fascinating tourist destinations of Surkhet are Bulbule lake, Kankre Bihar, Deutibaji Mandir, Ghantaghar and Barahatal. Surkhe is the transit point for tourists hankering after visiting Rara, Jumla, and Daileksh.

Besides this, west Rukum’s Syarpu tal, Durbar area of Jajarkot, Salyan’s Kubinde daha, Chhayachetra, Khairabang, Bhagwati temple are popular tourist destinations. Karnali tourism will be further promoted if a corridor of Bheri and Karnali are developed said chair Padam Bahadur Shahi associated with Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce.
