Mt. Aconcagua & Kilimanjaro summitted to promote Visit Nepal 2020
Kathmandu: Four Nepali alpinists successfully summited the South American highest peak Mt. Aconcagua (6,962m) to promote Visit Nepal 2020 campaign.

According to Tashi Lakpa Sherpa, team leader of the Seven Summit Expedition, the expedition team had reached atop Mt. Aconcagua on January 4, carrying a banner of Visit Nepal 2020, along with over 50 other foreign climbers to promote Nepal’s tourism year.
Tashi Lakpa Sherpa further said that they have called upon all world climbers to visit Nepal in 2020. Those four successful climbers include Tashi Lakpa Sherpa, Karma Tenzing Sherpa, Halung Dorchi Sherpa, and Satish Man Pati.
Similarly, two Sherpa mountaineers successfully summited the highest peak Mt. Kilimanjaro of Africa to promote Visit Nepal 2020 campaign.
Mt. Kilimanjaro (5,895m)
The climbers who stood atop Mt. Kilimanjaro (5,895m) on December 25, include Ngima Lama Sherpa from Adventure Small World Treks and Expeditions and Pasang Sherpa of Nepal Trekking Tourism and Adventures. Sherpa climbers also expressed that they would continue to climb more mountains to promote Visit Nepal 2020 in the days to come.
