Nepal promoted as the destination of lifetime in Vienna

Kathmandu: Nepal has been promoted as a destination of a lifetime in Vienna during a four days fair Ferien Messe Wien 2020 held in Vienna, Austria.

Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) along with five other travel organizations from Nepal participated in four days fair Ferien Messe Wien 2020 at Messe Wien Exhibition and Congress Center, Vienna, Austria.

The Messe Wien exhibition centered on featuring Visit Nepal Year 2020 with the slogan of “Lifetime Experiences”.

At least 800 exhibitors, including the national travel industry associations and travel exchange organizations from around the globe, had taken part in this event.

NTB authorities and officials of Nepal Travel agencies at the stall informed the audiences about direct data about the Nepal travel industry attractions and activities that are being offered to the travelers.

The ambassador of Nepal to Vienna Mr. Prakash Kumar Suvedi had also graced the occasion according to reports. Europe is a significant tourist generating market for Nepal. In 2019, Nepal received 4,862 Austrian sightseers.
