143 tourists visit Thorong La Pass this year so far
Kathmandu: At least 143 tourists are reported to have visited Thorong La Pass (5416 m) this year so far according to the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP).
Tourists are trekking along with the popular Annapurna Circuit trail though it is incessantly snowing in the Annapurna region.
Tourists used to trek through this pass during the trekking season only. However, this year there has been an increased number of tourists in this region.
