Nepal Airlines aircraft to fetch medical aid from China

Kathmandu: Nepal Airlines aircraft has flown to the Chinese town of Guangzhou on Saturday afternoon to fetch the essential medical equipment required to contain the Coronavirus pandemic in Nepal.

Government authorities said that the Nepal Airlines aircraft is being flown to China as per the directions of the Ministry of Health and Population.

It may be recalled that the Chinese authorities through the Chinese embassy in Kathmandu had asked the Nepal government to request for any essential medical aid required to combat the deadly Coronavirus pandemic in the country.
