Kathmandu: As many as 74,565 people have fallen prey to COVID-19 & 1,345,048 infected worldwide as of this day as the entire world scrambles against the invisible deadly Coronavirus across the world.
Italy continues to report the highest recorded death toll of 16,523 people, while Spain has the second-highest death toll of 13,341 people and the US has the third-highest death toll of 10,859 due to this virus according to John Hopkins University.
Similarly, the death toll in France spikes to 8,911 while in China the number of deaths is 3331. The COVID-19 confirmed case is the highest in the US with its infected people number surging to 366,614 and the infected number of people in Italy reaching a level of 132,547.
Similarly, the infected number of people in Spain has gone up to 136,675, in China 81,708 and in France 98,963. The UK has reported a death toll of 5,373 people and confirmed cases of 52,209. Iran has confirmed cases of 60,500 and a death toll of 3,739
In South Asia, India has a recorded death toll of 136, Pakistan reported a total death toll of 53 people, while Nepal has confirmed cases of 8 only. A total of 276,515 people globally have recovered from this lethal pathogen by today.
