Number of COVID-19 cases in Nepal spike to 42
Kathmandu: The number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Nepal has reached 42 after 11 persons tested positive for Coronavirus in Udaipur on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population the positive cases of Coronavirus in Nepal has gone up to 42 after 11 more inmates staying inside a local mosque in Udaipur Jhulke tested positive for the virus.
With this the Udaipur district alone has 24 cases of the COVID-19 cases. The government has announced to seal the Udaipur district to prevent spread of the deadly virus.
Out of the total 42 positive cases of COVID-19 in Nepal 38 cases are active now as 4 of the cases have been discharged from the hospital after total recovery.
