COVID-19 cases jumps to 52 & 16 patients cured
Kathmandu: COVID-19 active cases in Nepal has risen to 52 after a man nearly 50 years old from Jhapa tested positive for Virus at Koshi zonal Hospital in Biratnagar on Sunday.
Earlier today two males (50 years) from Birgunj, Parsa had tested positive for Coronavirus.
Ministry of Health and Population confirmed the three more COVID-19 cases found in Birgunj and Jhapa. The new found COVID-19 persons are isolated in the hospital.
With this, the confirmed cases of COVID-19 have reached 52 in Nepal while 16 of them have been cured. Now, 36 cases are sustained in Nepal. No fatalities have been reported so far.
