Spectacular Kathmandu

Kathmandu: Bhanubhakta Acharya had not just written the poem about Alkapuri Kantipuri town like that. He had composed that poem after being bewitched with the ancient Kantipur and Kathmandu of this time.

That Kantipur now has become once more youthful and beautiful as it blooms in the spring season.

Various colorful flowers blossoming in and around Durbarmarg, Ratnapark, Sundhara, Tundhikhel, Maitighar and Singhadurbar can fascinate any one.

The flowers blooming alongside the broad roads leading from Maitighar to New Baneswor are all the more eye catching and soothing for the pedestrians.

These flowers that usually seem to be shrouded in clouds of dust and smoke due to heavy traffic on the roads on the other days have become more spectacular and mesmerizing due to lockdown and no traffic on the roads.
