Nepal virus cases jumps to 1567 with 8 deaths & 220 recoveries

Kathmandu: The total confirmed Coronavirus cases in Nepal has jumped to 1567 with 8 deaths and 220 recoveries.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population the Covid-19 cases suddenly sparked high in Nepal as 166 new cases were found from various parts of the country on Sunday evening.

The government officials said those Covid-19 infected cases include one from Tanahun, two from Parsa, 18 cases from Kalikot, 18 cases from Dailek, one from Bajura, 25 cases from Salyan, one from Surkhet, four from Banke, 4 from Nepalgunj, 12 cases from Saptahari, 3 cases from Kailali, 2 cases from Bajura, 4 cases from Jhapa, 21 cases from Dhanusa, 5 cases from Kapilvastu, 29 cases from Rautahat and 10 cases from Sarlahhi districts.

With this the total number of Coronavirus recorded is 1567 with 8 deaths so far while 220 persons have returned home after being healed from this deadly virus infection.
