239 new Covid-19 cases found in Nepal & total cases spike to 1811

Kathmandu: Covid-19 cases in Nepal shows an increasing trend with 239 new cases detected on Monday afternoon and total confirmed cases amounting to 1811 according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

Those infected persons include 41 from Dailekh, 40 from Kapilvastu, 38 from Sarlahi, 19 from Jumla, 18 from Rautahat, 14 from Kailali, 10 from Salyan, 9 from Dang, 7 from Banke, 7 from Dhanusa, 5 from Surkhet, 5 from Siraha, 3 from Navalprasi east, 3 from Palpa, 2 from Rupandehi, 2 from Jhapa, 2 from Mahotari, 1 from Makwanpur, 1 from Udaipur, 1 from Achham, 1 from Baitadi, 1 from Doti and 1 from Kanchanpur.

Province 1 has reported 168 cases, province 2 has 694 cases, province 5-621 cases, Bagmati-46 cases, Gandaki-26, Karanali-198, Sudhur Paschim -45. Nepal has reported a total 8 deaths and 221 recoveries.
