World wide deaths due to Covid-19 spike to 401,848

Kathmandu:The world continues to be in the grip of the invisible enemy with world wide deaths soaring to 401,848 and infected cases as many as 6.9 million with 3.4 million recoveries,  according to Johns Hopkins University.

The US has highest infected virus cases while Brazil has the second highest infected cases and Russia has the third highest infected cases of the virus. UK has the fourth highest infected cases while India reported fifth highest virus infected cases so far.

The US reported 110,425 deaths, UK 40,625,

Italy 33,899, Spain 27,136, France 29,158,

Brazil 35,930, Belgium 9,595, Germany 8,685,

Iran 8,281, China 4,638, India 7,207,

Russia 5,851, Canada 7,869, Saudi Arabia 712,

Pakistan 2,002, Japan  917,Bangladesh 888
