Flights suspension extended until July 5

Shree Airlines begins commercial flight to Pokhara
Kathmandu: All domestic as well as international flight suspension has been extended until July 5 due to Covid-19 pandemic according to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation (CAAN) on Sunday.

Nepal government had imposed the lock down since March 24 to prevent the spreading spree of the deadly contagion in the country.

However, the chartered international flights for evacuation and repatriation of Nepalese stranded abroad via Nepal Airlines Corporation and Himalaya airlines and other international airlines are permitted.
