586 new Coronavirus cases found & total number spike to 7,177

Kathmandu:With additional 586 cases of the deadly virus found in Nepal the total number of confirmed cases has spiked to as many as 7,177 according to the Ministry of Health and Population on Wednesday.

The government officials said this was the highest recorded cases of the Coronavirus detected in the country.

Of the new found cases 546 are males and 40 females. In totality 6,638 males and 539 females representing 73 districts have been found infected with the virus.

The total deaths due to Covid-19 has gone up to 20 by today while as many as 1167 people have recovered from this epidemic.

Coronavirus cases have suddenly spiked in Nepal after government efforts failed to step up appropriate precautionary measures against this lethal virus.
