World wide virus deaths spark to 447,581 & US deaths spike to 117,663

Kathmandu: The world wide virus deaths sparked to 447,581 & US deaths spiked to 117,663 with New York alone overtaking France and Spain in virus death tally by reporting 30,939 deaths according to Johns Hopkins University on Thursday.

India has overtaken UK, Italy and Spain in Covid-19 infected cases with its confirmed cases surging to as many as 354,065 and death toll reaching 11,903.

The total confirmed virus cases across the world rises to as many as 8.3 million with 4.2 million recoveries from this deadly epidemic.

The US continues to top the death toll, while Brazil reported the second highest death toll of 46,510 and UK recorded the third largest death toll of 42,238.

Italy reported 34,448 deaths which is the fourth highest in the world while France recorded the fifth highest death toll of 29,578 people.

Spain has the sixth highest death toll of 27,136 which is static and Mexico has the seventh highest deaths spiking to 18,310.

Nepal reported 20 deaths from Covid-19 so far with 7177 confirmed cases and recoveries as many as 1167.
