Nepal virus cases spike to 12772 with 463 new cases
Kathmandu: Nepal virus cases spiked to 12772 with 463 new cases on Sunday according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
The officials said, those deadly virus infected persons include Mahottari 56, Gulmi 38, Pyuthan 35, Dang 34, Bajura 31, Navalpur 31, Baglung 29, Kailali 17, Morang 17, Rautahat 17, Doti 13, Rupandehi 12, Dhanusa 10.
Similarly, Kapilvastu 8, Udaipur 6, Tanahun 6, Argakhanchi 6, Kaski 5, Khotang 4, Jhapa 2, Dolkha 2, Myagdi 2 and Palpa 2.
Likewise, Sindupalchowk, Lalitpur, Gorkha, Sarlahi, Ilam, Sunsari, Lamjung, Rukum west, Salyan, Rolpa, Syangza, Darchula and Daduldhura have reported one each virus infection in the districts.
With this the total Coronavirus cases in Nepal has reached 12772 with 28 deaths although there has been good spike in the recovery cases which is numbered at 3013 with 179 cases discharged from various hospitals today.
Now Nepal sustains a total of 9731 active cases of the fatal virus. Nepal has had only 215839 people tested with PCR so far.
