Nepal’s Coronavirus cases surges to 15784

Kathmandu: Nepal’s Coronavirus cases surged to 15784 with additional 293 new cases found from various parts of the country on Sunday according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

The regular press briefing of the Ministry today also confirmed the death of 34 people due to Covid-19 so far while the total number of people returning home after recovering from the deadly contagion has risen to as many as 6547 as of this day.

The Ministry said the number of new virus cases include:

Kanchanpur 32, Rautahat 27, Kathmandu 27

Dhanusa 27, Bajura 20, Salyan 15

Kailali 14, Kailali 15, Jhapa 2

Panchathar 1, Taplejung 2, Morang 2,

Siraha 1, Mahottari 12, Parsa 1

Baitadi 3, Rautahat 2, Salyan 1

Sarlahi 7, Makawanpur 1, Arghakhanchi 4

Banke 1, Bardia 5, Nuwakot 2

Bhaktapur 1, Ramechapa 2, Sindhupalchowk 2

Ilam 1, Lalitpur 2, Myagdi 1

Dhading 1, Baglung 1, Tanahun 2

Kaski 2, Lamjung 1, Gorkha 1

Now, there are a total of 9203 active cases of the virus in Nepal.
