Sisne trekking trail constructed in Rukum

Rukum: Construction of Sisne trekking trail has been initiated in eastern Rukum Sisne Rural Municipality-2.

The trekking trail follows the route Chipkhola-Pwang-Guptadaha-Nigalatal-Pupta Daha and Sisne Himal. Sisne trekking trail meant for tourists is located at high elevation with glimpses of mountain ranges.

The trail is expected to attract tourists. Province five initiated the steps to open and construct this trekking trail to reach Gupta Daha and Sisne with an investment of 2.1 million rupees in mutual coordination with forest office.

Since Sisne Himal (mountain) and Gupta daha are elevated high, the number of people visiting these places for Sisne Himala and Gupta daha (pond) are on the increase. So the need to open the trekking trail was felt said Jivan KC who is the chairperson of Sisne -2.

The Sisne trekking trail which is more than 1960 meters long is expected to meet the hopes of the local people added KC. (RSS)
