International flights schedule unveiled

Kathmandu: Two airlines of Nepal-Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) and Himalaya Airlines -have unveiled international repatriation flight schedule to rescue stranded Nepalis from various parts of the world.

According the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation the new flight schedule is set for the fourth phase of repatriation flights which will begin from July 31 until August 8.

In accordance with the new schedule, NAC will make 18 flights until August 8 to destinations such as Dubai, Doha, Damam, Kua Lumpur and Narita of Japan.

Likewise, Himalaya airlines will have at least 18 flights from July 30 to August 7 to destinations such as Kunming of China, Doha, Abudabi, Kua Lumpur and Damam.

More than 35,000 Nepalis have returned home so far through chartered flight as per the decision of the government and government has also given green signal for the domestic and international flights to be operated from August 17 (RSS)
