Nepal Covid-19 cases surpass 20,000

Kathmandu: With additional 315 new virus cases found from across the country the total confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Nepal has surged to 20,086 according to the Ministry of Health and Population on Saturday.

The death tally due to Coronavirus has risen to 56 as of this day while the total people discharged from various hospitals after recovery from virus infection has gone up to as many as 14,492 with 93 people discharged today.

With the rising number of recovery cases the total active virus cases presently stand at 5,338 which is a sum total of infected cases from all seven provinces from across the country.

Although most of the districts in the country are infected with the virus pandemic yet six districts are reported to be intact from the virus infection so far.  These include Bhojpur, Sankhuwasabha, Rasuwa, Kavrepalanchok, Manang, and Mustang.
