Nepal-Israel sign agreement on visa waiver
Kathmandu: An agreement between Nepal and Israel has been signed for visa waiver for people holding diplomatic passports.
Nepal’s envoy to Israel Anjan Shakya and Israeli counterpart and Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi signed the agreement during a special function held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel in Jerusalem.
According to the new visa waiver provisions, the diplomatic passport holders of both the countries will be enabled to enter each other’s countries for 90 days without a visa.
The Israeli foreign minister Ashkenazi and envoy Shakya also talked about the resumption of employment opportunities to Nepali youths in Israel.
