Light to moderate rainfall predicted

Kathmandu: Light to moderate rainfall has been predicted across the country along with thunders and lightning in some parts today.

The rainfall is caused by the low pressure belt of monsoon located in the southern area of Nepal and Madhya Pradesh of India. Currently, there is general weather change in Gandaki State, Sudur Paschim State and State-1.

Similarly, it is raining in one or two places of Bagmati State, Gandaki State, Sudurpaschim State and State-1 now. With the general weather change in the afternoon, light to moderate rainfall is predicted, said meteorologist at Meteorology and Weather Forecasting Division, Pratibha Manandhar(RSS).
