UAE urged to invest in Nepal’s tourism

Kathmandu: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai has urged the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to invest in Nepal’s tourism and air services.

Minister Bhattarai in a protocol visit to UAE ambassador Saeed Hamdan Al Naqei on Sunday urged the UAE business entrepreneurs and government to invest in Nepal.

The Minister Bhattarai also appreciated the supportive role played by UAE government in repatriating the stranded Nepali migrant workers from UAE to return home during the Covid-19 pandemic and expressed his expectation about the same kind of support in the upcoming days. The UAE envoy also said UAE will add more flights for which Nepal government should pave the way readily.
