Sauraha tourism entrepreneurs get excited
Chitwan: Sauraha tourism entrepreneurs are excited after activities related to national park and domestic flights started after hiatus of more than six months following curfew and nationwide lock down due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Although the tourists have not yet arrived in the hotels yet the ongoing enquiry by visitors about existing hotel facilities have excited the tourism operators.
It is expected that the hustle and bustle of visitors in Sauraha will be seen by the time of national festival-Dashain arrives and the tourists are likely to arrive after 23 September.
More than 5500 workers are associated with 110 hotels and 100 restaurants at Sauraha whose livelihood have been jeopardized due to lock down and curfew orders following the outbreak of Covid-19.
