106,326 stranded Nepalis return home so far

Kathmandu: As many as 106, 326 stranded migrant Nepali workers have returned home from abroad so far since the start of the repatriation flights according to COVID-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) Wednesday.

As many as 1,097 Nepali nationals stranded in gulf countries were also repatriated on Wednesday.

The returnees include 498 Nepali migrant workers from Qatar, 156 from the United Arab Emirates, 353 from Malaysia and 91 from Saudi Arabia. All returnees are also reported to have been placed at the Holding Centers.
