Cyclists in ligligkot
Ligligkot. Competitors for the first Liglige bicycle race have reached the historic Ligligkot. The arrival of participants in the bicycle race has started on Tuesday.
According to Sanjeev Rana, chairman of Liglig Village Sports, the organizer, 50 participants have completed the final registration process by Thursday afternoon. There are more than a hundred registered initial names.
“Those who come on Tuesday have even done a trial on Wednesday,” Rana told Highlights Tourism. “All preparations have been completed for the bicycle race.”
According to him, it is estimated that there will be more than 100 participants in the race. The race will be 54 kilometers. The race starts from Liglig Kot of Palungtar Municipality and will end after reaching Rainas Municipality and Siranchok Village.
