Weekly Nepali food fair to be held for three months

The Gastronomy Tourism Association (GAN) is going to hold a Nepali food fair for three months in collaboration with various restaurants.

According to the president of the association, Suresh Basnet, there is a plan to serve different Nepali food items in different places every Saturday. Thus, Nepali food will be presented in 15 places in a period of three months.

 Next Saturday, the association and Khandadevi Foodland will be exhibiting and rehearsing various Nepali food and live folk songs under the slogan ‘Identity of Nepali Little Nepali Food’.

The event, which will be held at Khandadevi Foodland, will feature indigenous food from different parts of Nepal and ethnic groups. The association on Saturday unveiled green veg momo, phaparko pakoda, purple turkey momo, turkey grilled meat, black rice rice food set in Nepali flavor with turkey meat and kagunu porridge menu as a dessert.

In the same way, according to the demand and desire of the visitors, mutton dishes, wild bore dishes, and duck dishes will also be provided. The organizers have appealed to all to attend to make this campaign of Nepali food research more meaningful, providing more encouragement and energy.
