Kathmandu. Gurung Tourism Entrepreneurs Association (GTEAN) has organized a program of exchanging good wishes on the occasion of New Year 2078 BS.
On the occasion, the chief guest Radhika Tamang, Deputy Speaker of Bagmati Province, also released a new calendar published by GTEAN.
On the occasion, GTEAN’s founding chairman Kul Bahadur Gurung and outgoing chairman Kamala Gurung were felicitated.
The president of the association Ambir Gurung and the presidents of various ethnic associations related to tourism also expressed their best wishes.
Pitamber Gurung, coordinator of Wall calendar publication, thanked the donors for their support and presented certificates to them. The chief guest Tamang said that the budget should be used properly for the development of tourism in the villages.
She also said that the state government is positive for the development of agro-tourism. After the formal program, foods were served and songs sung for the entertainment.
