New government order for corona control, hotel restaurant from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Kathmandu: The cabinet meeting held on Monday said that hotels and restaurants should provide services from 8 am to 8 pm following health standards.

Home delivery should be done at other times, and hotels and restaurants operating on national highways should follow public health standards to avoid congestion. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has also ordered to make arrangements for the implementation of an electronic payment system and to operate the health institutions that operate regularly following the health standards.

Similarly, the government has ordered municipalities in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur districts, municipalities, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Bharatpur and Pokhara, Itahari, Dharan, Janakpur, Hataunda, Butwal, Ghorahi, Tulsipur, Nepalgunj and Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan cities, Mechi Nagar, Birtamod, Damak, Rajbiraj, Banepa, Dhulikhel, Siddharthnagar, Virendranagar, and Bhimdattanagar municipalities to adopt alternative means in the educational institutions, schools, institutes, training centers, and close all colleges and schools until mid-May 14.

Pre-determined school and college examinations and all kinds of experimental examinations in medical education will be conducted in compliance with public health standards.  Cinema halls, party palaces, rehearsals, dance clubs, health clubs, gym meals, swimming pools, futsal, public meetings, processions, markets, stadiums, games, and crowded activities have also been closed till mid-May.

Managers of religious places including monasteries, mosques, monasteries, churches should be allowed to perform daily worship, meditation, and prayers only. No more than 25 people will be allowed to participate in religious and traditional programs including fairs, processions, festivals, weddings, and religious ceremonies.

If you have to use the party palace for marriage or fasting, you have to get the prior approval of the local administration stated the government order.

Public transport should not have more passengers than the seating capacity, passengers should be required to wear a mask, sanitizers should be provided at the door and inside the vehicle, and drivers should wear a mask, and vehicles should be disinfected daily.
