Kathmandu Valley to comply with prohibitory orders until May 12

The one-weeklong prohibitory orders starting from Thursday due to Covid-19 have been extended for another week.
The meeting of the three district administration offices in the Kathmandu valley had decided to impose a week-long prohibitory order in the valley to prevent Covid-19 from spreading like a wildfire.
The government’s cabinet meeting earlier had also suggested that only one week will not suffice to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. So, the cabinet ordered for extension of the prohibitory orders for one more week.
