Hotels set for quarantine can charge Rs3000 per day

Kathmandu: The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has urged the hotels named below to provide facilities of quarantine to those travelling from India via Air Bubble services and not  to charge more than Rs 3,000 per  client per day.

Those hotels permitted by the Ministry to provide quarantine services include View Bhrikuti in Godavari, Madhav Hotel in Guheshwari, Airport Hotel in Sinamangal, Farm House Resort and A-one Resort in Jagati and Amadablam Hotel, Readers Inn and Ananda Ashram in Gaushala.

These hotels should provide the facility of airport pick up, lodging and food including breakfast, lunch and dinner within the cost of Rs 3000, inclusive of all taxes and service charge said the Ministry sources.

Those travelling from outside Nepal to arrive here will have to stay in quarantine for at least ten days and those violating this order will be dealt with strictly added the Ministry.

Nepal government has suspended both domestic and international flights, due to increasing Covid-19 pandemic barring two flights to and from India in a week.
