Over 150 mountaineers climb Mt Everest
Kathmandu: Over 150 mountaineers have successfully climbed Mt Everest (Sagarmatha) on Sunday according to Seven Summit Treks.
The expedition teams scaled the summit of Mt Everest between 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m this morning.
The Department of Tourism also disclosed that over 200 climbers are attempting the Everest summit as the weather condition has also improved in the Everest region.
Similarly, 7 climbers including three Indians and three Nepali climbers representing ‘CAPF’s Everest Lhotse Expedition 2021’ team are also reported to have successfully scaled Mt Lhotse (8,516 meters).
