Prohibitory orders in Kathmandu extended until June 14 midnight
Kathmandu: A Joint meeting of chief district officers (CDOs) of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur held on Wednesday has decided to extend the ongoing prohibitory orders until midnight of June 14, 2021.
This extension of prohibitory orders for another 10 days inside Kathmandu valley comes as precautionary measures taken against the spreading spree of the pandemic created by lethal Covid-19.
The CDOs of three districts of Kathmandu valley imposed the prohibitory orders in the valley for the consecutive third time with a slight relaxation in the opening of grocery shops until 9.am in the morning
Similarly, other emergency services including banks will be allowed to open as it was done in the previous days. Lockdown inside the valley was imposed since last April 29.
