Valley public transports to ply on roads from Tuesday
Kathmandu: The public transports in the capital city of Kathmandu valley are to ply on the roads with effect from Tuesday on the basis of odd and even numbers according to a decision made by the meeting of district administrators of three districts of Kathmandu valley on Monday morning.
The meeting of three district administrators of Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur on Monday morning decided to allow the operation of public transports with more than 25 seats inside Kathmandu Valley from Tuesday by complying with the measures of safety protocols.
However, the restrictive orders demand that these larger vehicles maintain physical distance between the passengers while operating their services. The same meeting has also allowed the grocery stores and shops to remain open from 11 am to 6 pm.
