Medium and Long distance transportation permitted

Kathmandu: Medium and long-distance public transportations have been permitted to ply on the roads with effect from Saturday ( July 24).

The district administrative office (DAO) of Kathmandu Friday decided to allow the movement of the public vehicles for medium and long-distance by taking into account the urgency of people seeking to attend the TU exams and Public Service Commission Exams in the country.

However, the DAO of Kathmandu has strictly issued regulations that such operation of the public vehicles for long-distance and the public vehicles entering inside the Kathmandu valley should abide by all sorts of essential health protocols which are prescribed by the Health Ministry.
