Kathmandu: Tourism entrepreneurs have collectively demanded the government to introduce a ‘special package’ for tourism revival in the country.
The tourism entrepreneurs during their meeting with Tourism Minister Pre Ale asked the government to give priority to the revival of the tourism industry which has been hard hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
During the meeting with the Minister, the tourism operators kept the Ministre abreast of all problems induced by Covid-19 such as the closure of businesses, decreased arrival of foreign tourists, and a lack of foreign currencies.
The Minister assured the tourism entrepreneurs that all possible efforts will be enforced in revival of the ailing tourism industry in Nepal.
