English music video made public to promote Nepal

Kathmandu. An English music video representing Shangrila Nepal has been released to promote Nepal’s tourism.

For the first time, a video related to tourism has been made in the English language to promote Nepal’s identity worldwide.

A video representing the diverse topography, culture, and tourist sites of Shangrila Nepal has been made public.  Nepal, a country with unique natural beauty, cultural heritage, and geographical diversity, is becoming the focal point of world tourism attraction.

Various initiatives are being taken by private and government agencies to attract more foreign tourists to Nepal by promoting Nepal’s various destinations around the world.  Music is also an important part of various aspects of tourism promotion.

That is why a music video has been made to promote Nepal’s identity all over the world by highlighting the tourism potential through music. The 6 minutes and 40 seconds long video highlights Nepal’s tourism potential through music.

The producer and director of the music video are Surya Baral. Filmmaker and writer Prem Bahadur Basnet have the words. In the music video, the famous Suvarna Limbu has given music and Preeti Kaur has given voice.

The cost of the music video, which was made over a period of about two years, is more than Rs 2.5 million. Filming has been done at famous tourist destinations and holy places of pilgrimage in Nepal.

In the music video, the grandeur of the Nepali landscape, the rich cultural heritage of Nepal, and the eternal beauty are seen through the eyes of a wanderer who is fascinated with Nepal.
