NMA to start ski training for winter tourism
Kathmandu: Nepal Mountain Academy (NMA) is all set to produce 28 skiers by starting up training on skiing.
The ski training is expected to produce more skill-based Himalayan adventurers in two different trainings.
According to NMA, there will be two categories of such training. One will be called ‘Ski Level-1and other as Ski Level -I. The announcement for training has been made public on Thursday.
The fees incurred will be Rs 5000 for each participant willing to try it. The NMA sources verified that such training will promote winter tourism in the days ahead.
