Pashupatinath: Lord of all Animals and Humans
Kathmandu: The Pashupatinath Temple, the main religious hub for Hindu devotees in Kathmandu valley, which was shut down recently following the third wave of Covid-19, will be re-opened for the public from Friday (tomorrow) onwards.

The temple will be reopened on Friday, following the health standards issued by the World health organization (WHO) and the Nepal government, according to Dr. Milan Kumar Thapa, the member secretary of the Pashupati Area Development Trust.

He also divulged that the temple is being opened as per the new order issued by the District Administration Office (DAO) of Kathmandu.

The Kathmandu district administration on Monday had issued directives to allow activities such as worship, meditation, or prayer in monasteries, temples, mosques, and churches by following public health safety protocols.
