Slight rain, thunder and lightening predicted
Kathmandu: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) has predicted that there is the possibility of sporadic light rain with thunder and lightning in the hilly regions of the country.
The DHM informed the public that the slight changes in the weather conditions would be due to the influence of a western low-pressure system.
The predicted weather in the hilly terrain and Gandaki region and Province no 1 would be slightly cloudy with light rain and thundershowers at some places whereas the weather will be normal in other parts of the country.
The Department has urged the people to take precautions in these regions where the weather is likely to undergo slight changes in the upcoming days.
